  • Subscription: €69.99 every 6 months
    ➔ 6 packs sent every 6 months – Billed semiannually

🧾 Order modification and cancellation policy

1. 🔄 Order modification

Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately entered into our processing system.
To ensure fast shipping, the time frame for modifications is very short. We therefore advise you to check your cart carefully before confirming.

If you wish to change the delivery address, products, or quantities, please write to us as soon as possible at info@mynemi.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order is not already being prepared.

2. ❌ Order cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipping has begun, cancellation is no longer possible, but you will of course be able to return the package according to our return policy.

3. 💸 Refund following cancellation

If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

🔔 Tracking & transparency

After each order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information related to your plan (one-time purchase or subscription).
We will also notify you of every new shipment or update.
